This collection consists of a daybook kept by Isaac Young from October 1807 until November 28, 1807.  The entries are chronological and include the customer’s name, the product bought, and the price paid.  Young primarily sold beef, hide and mutton to such men as Benjamin Blake, Captain John Baldwin, Jeffrey Baldwin, David Brant, Jonathan Wilson and Steven Crane.
