Summary:

 

Mostly newspaper clippings
compiled by Dr. Leo Litzky, a teacher, associate principal, and principal of
Newark, New Jersey schools, including West Kinney Junior High School, Cleveland
Junior High School, Webster Junior High School, West Side High School, and South
Side High School (later Malcolm X. Shabazz High School).    Of
particular interest are the clippings, promotional material, and newsletters
concerning the Newark Teachers Union strike of 1970-1971.
