Newark Destinations

The third oldest city in the nation, Newark represents centuries of magnificent architecture, arts, culture, and industry. Visit the historic arts district, where major revitalization efforts have transformed downtown Newark into a mecca for the arts, fine dining and local neighborhood cuisine, and year-round entertainment for adults and children. An expanded waterfront, complete with a new minor league baseball stadium, symbolizes Newark's well-touted "Renaissance" and urban renewal.
