Volunteer/Docent Opportunities

Would you like to help an amazing non-profit realize its mission of promoting New Jersey history, maybe develop a new skill or use your existing talents?

Volunteer/docent placements are made based on the skills of the applicant and the availability of projects and department needs.  Please send a letter describing your area of interest and any relevant experience. Applicants will meet or talk with the Volunteer/Intern Coordinator during working hours. Schedules can be flexible, occurring Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm. We do ask volunteers/docents to contribute at least 8 hours a week.
