Summary:

Size rolls, clothing accounts, monthly returns, and other records of Captain Joseph Savage’s company in the United States Army Artillery Battalion.  This unit was stationed at Castle Island and Springfield, Massachusetts, as well as West Point and Rock Landing, Georgia.  Savage resigned his commission in 1791.  Also contained in this volume are records kept by him as a justice of the peace in Berwick, York County, Maine, 1799-1809.
