This manuscript, comprised essentially of photocopies of
newspaper items, magazine articles, correspondence, and other
non-classified documents, gives the history of the U.S. Army’s
Technical Intelligence Operations, a division of the military
that studies the engineering of foreign military equipment.
Howard, an officer in the United States Army, set up the
intelligence training facility at Fort Dix. Included is
information concerning G. Burling Jarrett (1902-1974) who
established his own military museum in New Jersey.
