PHILIP OSBORNE HOAG (1899 – 1953)
Copies of correspondence of Philip Osborne Hoag (later
President of Whitehead and Hoag Co., Newark) to his family May
1918 – December 1918. Hoag had enlisted in the Marines, and
writes from Parris Island, South Carolina, where he became a
drill instructor.
