Historical NoteSt. Mark’s Church was located at Broadway and Straight Streets in Paterson, New Jersey. The Episcopalian parish was supported in part by the St. Mark’s Aid Society, which raised money for the church through various fundraisers such as church socials and rummage sales. In the early 1900s, the society consisted of fifty-three members, with meetings held every Thursday evening in the Parish Room.
