Biographical NoteHarriet Reynolds (ca. 1928) attended Columbian School in East Orange, New Jersey. Return to the Table of Contents Scope and Content NoteThe collection contains one progress report from Columbian School in East Orange, New Jersey. The progress report, dated May 1928, is for eighth-grader Harriet Reynolds. The report states that Reynolds is “working hard” in her arithmetic class and it is signed by her teacher and the principal of the school. There are hand-written notes on the back of the progress report including, “Last slip ever received in grammer school.” There is also a hand-written list of Reynolds classmates and the names of her English, Social Science, and Physiology teachers.
