Biographical NoteThe Klocksiem-Stavenhagen family emigrated from the Mecklenburg-Schwerin area of Germany to the United States in 1869 or 1870. Mary Klocksiem-Ditzenberger lived in Hoboken, New Jersey for most of her life. Catherine Schwalm-Conklin resided in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey.
